Sponsorship Opportunities


The Conference is funded through both registration fees and sponsorship. The sponsorship can be in various ways, from monetary contributions to the provision of products and services. Trade displays will be available. The Conference Committee is open to discussion on alternatives to the range of standard packages set out below.

Platinum Sponsor (Fee by negotiation, limited to 1)

The sponsor will receive the following benefits:

  • The acknowledgement of sponsorship by a logo on the front page of the conference programme
  • Complimentary trade display space of two panels at the conference venue, and display board at the registration desk
  • Opportunity for a satchel insert; optional satchel branding
  • Opportunity for a single sheet within the conference programme
  • Short speaking opportunity at the event
  • Two complimentary registrations
  • Four complimentary invitations to the Welcome Function or the Conference Dinner.

Gold Sponsors ($3000 plus GST, limited to 3)

The sponsors will receive the following benefits:

  • The acknowledgement of sponsorship by a logo on the back page of the conference programme
  • Complimentary trade display space of one panel at the conference venue, and display board at the registration desk
  • Opportunity for a satchel insert
  • 2 complimentary invitations to the Welcome Function or the Conference Dinner.

Silver Sponsor ($1500 plus GST)

The sponsor(s) will receive the following benefits:

  • Complimentary trade display space of one panel at the conference venue
  • Opportunity for a satchel insert
  • 2 complimentary invitations to the Welcome Function or the Conference Dinner

Bronze Sponsor ($500 plus GST)

The sponsor will receive the following benefits:

  • Opportunity for a satchel insert
  • 2 complimentary invitations to the Welcome Function

Social Event Sponsorship (by negotiation)

There are two major social events that lend themselves to support by sponsors – the Thursday evening Welcome Function and the Saturday night Celebration Conference Dinner. It is possible that an event could have combined sponsors.

The sponsors will receive the following benefits:

  • The acknowledgement of sponsorship by a logo on the back page of the conference programme and within the conference schedule
  • Complimentary trade display space of one panel at the conference venue and display board at the registration desk.
  • Opportunity for a satchel insert
  • Short speaking opportunity at the event
  • Two complimentary invitations to the Cocktails or the Conference Dinner being sponsored.

Lunch, Morning Tea & Afternoon Tea sponsorship (by negotiation, approximately $1000 + GST)

The sponsor will receive the following benefits:

  • The acknowledgement of sponsorship within the conference schedule
  • Opportunity for a satchel insert
  • Short speaking opportunity at the start of the lunch, morning or afternoon tea.
